No problem moderator but just to clarify I didn't and never do criticise any Antrim player as you will see if you read the full post.

Was at Navan yesterday and bottom line is result was all that matters but two issues to consider:
Carlow got tactics in second half spot on and played five men in their half back line for Antrim puck outs. This was reason it took Antrim twenty mins to get going.

we didn't post all of your contribution, unfair to criticise the line or players who clearly gave their all yesterday. As you rightly say at the start of your post, bottom line is the result was what mattered most.

Well done to seniors today. Showed a lot of heart and fight. I like what Kevin Ryan is doing with these lads. He has them playing with pride. They look really together. Congrats to all involved. Now it is time to do something meaningful in the championship.

We at Pearses would like to make it known that we wont be fielding at U16 hurling this year 2013.We have informed county ccc and have had some u16 players approved for sanctions to allow them to hurl this year at u16.The sanctions were passed early Feburary and are somewhat baffled as to why we are still listed to play under 16 div2 all county hurling. We are sorry for clubs listed to play Pearses u16 B hurling this year Pearses wont be fielding we will be playing under 12/14 and minor hurling.

Dear Moderator,
I am a referee but due to work commitments I have been unable participate recently.
I was wondering if it would be possible to get a full explanation of the proposed black card as I have been requested recently what I thought of the proposal.
I would really appreciate if you could assist me with this matter.

The black card issue is summarised here http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/northern-ireland/21911656

Great win for Antrim minor footballers last night. That's two on the bounce, so well done to all involved and keep it going.

Has any hurlers out there found it difficult getting their hands on decent hurls for a reasonable price? Our club has up to this year bought a supply in bulk, and we just bought them off the club at a subsidised price. They say can no longer do this, and have put the onus on the players to get their own hurls, which is fair enough in the present climate. I haven't bought directly from a hurley maker in years, and was wondering what the score is with supply and price given te ashback disease scare.

We have all been here before with disappointing performances with the county footballers but they can turn it around. Remember it was a Division 4 team that knocked us out of the championship last year and the team was

Chris Kerr; Anto Healy, Ricky Johnston, KEvin O'Boyle; Tony Scullion, Justin Crozier, James Loughrey; Michael McCann, Conal Kelly; Conor Murray, Mark Sweeney, Kevin Niblock; Tomás McCann, Owen Gallagher, Marty Johnston

Our early season form was very good and we were playing an attacking brand of football. Up until the Roscommon game we were in the hunt for promotion and to be fair after that we were playing the two teams that have been promoted.

We should have a degree of realism in our assessment of the football team and our players. There will be good days ahead again I hope!
